The NAIM ecosystem encodes Naveniem's AI transformation methodology as working software — five products against five stages of the transformation lifecycle. MaturityOne is available now as a facilitated diagnostic. PortfolioOne is built on the same platform and further along than a slide would suggest. StrategyOne, DeliveryOps and ValueOne are honestly staged behind them: two are requirements-only with no build started, and we say so plainly rather than call it "coming soon."
